研究领域和方向
主要从事益生元(寡糖类)和益生菌(芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌)与肠道互作的相关研究,挖掘益生元和益生菌通过肠道菌群/代谢功能等调控肠道健康的机制;并以肠道稳态为起点,进一步探索益生元与益生菌通过脑—肠轴调控神经炎症的相关机理。
