本专业旨在培养具备良好的政治思想素质和人文科学素养、开阔的国际视野、较强的创新精神和创新能力，系统掌握教育技术学基本理论、方法和技术，能对数字化教学环境和数字化教学资源进行设计与开发、对信息化教学过程进行设计与实施，能引领和推动教育信息化创新发展，能够在各级教育及管理机构胜任教学设计以及教学资源开发、应用、管理和研究工作的高级专门人才。

　本专业要求学生系统学习教育技术学、教学系统设计等现代科学基础知识和基本理论，接受严格的学习资源和学习过程的设计、开发、运用、管理与评价等方面的基本训练，了解教育技术学的理论前沿、应用前景和最新发展动态，具备新技术教育应用方面的研究与开发能力，以适应教育事业在新形势下对人才的要求，适应社会发展需要。

Students of this major should master basic theories of Educational Technology , Instructional System Designand other social sciences. They will undergo rigorous basic training to educational design, develop, use, manage and evaluate. And they are capable of understanding the forefront of the theory, the application and the prospects of Educational Technology, doing quantitative analysis in educational applications of new technology research and development capabilities. Upon graduation, they are qualified as versatile talents to meet the need of the society.

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：

1、掌握现代教育与教育技术学专业的基本理论、基础知识；

2、了解教育技术学及其相关领域的前沿、应用前景与发展动态；

3、掌握教学系统的设计、开发、管理和评价的方法和技术；

4、具备教学媒体设计、开发、管理和评价的基本技能；

5、熟悉国家有关教育信息化和教育技术方面的方针、政策和法规；

6、掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。
