This major trains students with good ideological and moral qualities, high theoretical literacy and strong practical ability in education. This kind of compound talents can be engaged in teaching, research and management in primary and secondary schools, educational scientific research institutions and educational administrative departments at all levels.

Basic requirements for Cultivation
本专业学生主要学习和掌握教育科学的基本理论和基础知识,接受教育科学研究等方面的基本训练,掌握从事教育教学工作等方面的基本能力。
Students in this major mainly study and master the basic theory and knowledge of educational science, receive the basic training of educational research, and master some basic skills in education and teaching.
毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:

1.掌握教育学科的基本理论和基本知识;
Grasping the basic theory and knowledge of education discipline;
2.掌握教育科学研究的基本方法和技术;
Grasping the basic methods and technology of educational scientific research;
3.具备从事教育学科教学或中小学相关学科教学工作的基本能力;
