　　本专业培养具有良好思想道德品质、较高理论素养和较强教育实际工作能力，能在中小学、教育科学研究机构和各级教育行政部门等从事教学、研究、管理等方面工作的复合型人才。

This major trains students with good ideological and moral qualities, high theoretical literacy and strong practical ability in education. This kind of compound talents can be engaged in teaching, research and management in primary and secondary schools, educational scientific research institutions and educational administrative departments at all levels.

Basic requirements for Cultivation

本专业学生主要学习和掌握教育科学的基本理论和基础知识，接受教育科学研究等方面的基本训练，掌握从事教育教学工作等方面的基本能力。

Students in this major mainly study and master the basic theory and knowledge of educational science, receive the basic training of educational research, and master some basic skills in education and teaching.

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：

The graduates should have knowledge and abilities of the following several aspects:

1．掌握教育学科的基本理论和基本知识；

Grasping the basic theory and knowledge of education discipline;

2．掌握教育科学研究的基本方法和技术；

Grasping the basic methods and technology of educational scientific research;

3．具备从事教育学科教学或中小学相关学科教学工作的基本能力；

Possessing the basic working abilities of engaging in education discipline or primary and secondary school’s instruction;

4．熟悉我国的教育方针、政策和法规；

Being familiar with the principles, policies and regulations of China's education;

5．了解教育科学的理论前沿，国际国内教育改革的实际状况和发展趋势；

Understanding the forefront theory of educational science, the actual situations and development trends of international and domestic educational reform;

6．具有一定的教育实际工作能力，具有一定的批判性思维能力。
