ⅠEducational Objectives

本专业培养具备良好的思想政治素质、人文科学素养和职业道德修养的应用心理学专门人才。毕业生能够系统地掌握心理学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，能分析解决企事业单位中的管理心理学问题以及高等或中初等学校中学生的心理健康问题，能够在企事业单位、各级学校和科研部门从事心理学教学工作、心理咨询和心理健康教育、科学研究和管理工作的教师和其他专门人才。

Students of this major are trained to be compound applied psychological talents with good ideological and political quality, humanities quality and professional ethics. Graduates can systematically master the basic theories, knowledge and skills of psychology, and have the ability to analyze and solve the problems in management psychology or actual mental health problems of primary and secondary school students. They are qualified for engaging in psychological teaching, offering the service of psychological consultation and mental health education, making scientific researches or doing managerial work in middle schools, colleges, enterprises, or scientific research institutions.

   III）人才培养基本要求

Basic requirements for Cultivation

本专业定位于培养具有人文精神、科学素养、创新能力和实践应用能力的心理健康教育老师和管理者，具备从事心理健康教育、心理咨询以及对人力资源管理的素质和能力。

This major aims to cultivate mental health educational teachers and managers with humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, innovative ability and practical application ability. They have the qualities and abilities to engage in mental health education, psychological counseling, and human resource management.

毕业生具备以下几方面的专业知识、素养和能力：

   Graduates have the following professional knowledge, accomplishment and ability:  

1．掌握马克思主义基本原理、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义思想， 深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观；

   Master the basic principles of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics, thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's Socialist ideology with Chinese Characteristics in the new era, and establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.

2．系统学习心理学方面的基本理论知识和技能，接受心理学实验研究设计、分析方法以及查阅、理解和学术论文写作等方面的基本训练，掌握心理学的实证研究方法，以及相关的统计、测量技术，具备心理健康教育、心理咨询与辅导的有关理论、方法和技能以及从事人力资源管理的能力。

This major requires students to systematically learn the basic theories, knowledge and skills of psychology. They are trained in the design of psychological experiments, the analysis methods, and in the searching, understanding and writing of professional literature. They should master the empirical research methods of psychology, as well as related statistical and measurement techniques, and possess the basic abilities to conduct psychological experimental research, psychological measurement, psychological counseling and management.  

 3．同时在个性心理品质的培养方面，要求学生不断正确认识自我，增强调控自我、承受挫折、适应环境的能力，培养积极乐观的心理品质。

At the same time, in the cultivation of personality psychological quality, students are required to constantly correctly understand themselves, enhance their ability to control themselves, withstand setbacks, adapt to the environment, and cultivate positive and optimistic mental quality.
